2004 Australian Digital Photo Of The Year (ADPOTY)

The 2004 "Photo Of The Year" winner was selected from all images awarded either a "regular" or "featured" Photo Of The month during the 2004 period.

Photographer's Comment: "The model wanted some portraits done and had her sister in law do theatrical makeup. When I saw her eyes I had an idea for a Eastern Veil theme, so I used some satin off cuts and a beaded necklace. We pinned the satin to the back of her head, sticky taped the necklace on the top of her head and I just used the natural light of a window behind me."

The 2005 "Photo Of The Year" winner will be selected from Gold Member Entries ONLY and will receive a prize of $500!!
